2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reframe. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Reframe to generate AI portraits of yourself or with explicit consent from the person whose photo you upload. You agree not to:

• Upload photos of others without their consent
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to bypass our content safety systems
• Use the service for commercial purposes without a business plan
• Share generated content that violates third-party rights

4. Credits & Subscriptions

Credits are required to generate portraits. Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. AI-generated portraits created using your photo are yours to use for personal purposes. Reframe retains rights to templates, designs, and platform technology.

6. Prohibited Content

You must not generate portraits that depict nudity, sexual content, violence, hate speech, or content that impersonates real individuals without consent. Violation will result in immediate account termination.

7. Disclaimer

Reframe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reframe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Reframe after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
