We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the Reframe portrait generation service
• Process your uploaded photos through our AI engine
• Manage your account, credits, and subscription
• Send service-related communications
• Prevent fraud and ensure platform security

3. Your Photos & AI Processing

Photos you upload are used solely for generating your AI portrait. We do not use your photos to train AI models, share them with third parties, or store them longer than necessary. Generated portraits are stored in your Collection and can be deleted at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Reframe (such as our AI infrastructure providers) and only under strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at privacy@reframe.ai.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) and secure password hashing to protect your data. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
