How do credits work? ▼
Credits are used to generate AI portraits. Each generation costs a set number of credits depending on the template. New users receive free credits on signup. You can earn more credits via the daily spin wheel or by purchasing a subscription plan.
Why doesn't the AI look exactly like me? ▼
For best results, upload a clear, well-lit photo with your face fully visible and looking at the camera. Avoid sunglasses, masks, or heavily filtered photos. Our AI preserves your facial identity but results may vary based on photo quality.
Are my photos stored? ▼
Photos you upload are processed temporarily for generation and are not retained for training AI models. Generated portraits are saved in your Collection and can be deleted at any time from your account.
Can I get a refund? ▼
Credits are generally non-refundable once used. For subscription billing issues, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@reframe.ai and we'll review your case.
How do I become a Creator? ▼
Register with the Creator account type to submit your own templates. Approved templates earn you 5 bonus credits and appear in the public gallery for all users.
How do I delete my account? ▼
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@reframe.ai with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We'll process it within 7 business days.
